LAN's, VLANS, Data Cabling and Networks in General
Active Directory and Group Policy management is something we are very familiar with, whether you need it set up for the first time or just to make modifications , it is no trouble at all, recovery can be done but it is not without a strong chance of failure, Always back up Active Directory! Setting up networks is also something we are very experienced at having excellent knowledge on HP Procurve switches and setting up those mysterious VLANS. Putting in extra network points is a doddle too, we have the tools and experience to implement what you need and probably at a price more affordable for you.
HP Procurve 2650 48 port switch with 2 gigabit Ethernet uplinks and space for 2 gigabit mini- GBIC fibre modules. All HP Procurve switches have a lifetime warranty. We have plenty of experience working on these switches.
Laser Printers
There's little fun to be had when the office printer gets stuck in a jam. Fortunately we have worked on various laser printer models notably HP, Samsung, Brother ,Kinolta Minolta, Canon and can either fix the jam or replace the fuser if needed. Quite often it doesn't take much to upset them, sometimes just a tiny shred of paper is enough for the printer to complain or the old classic of using compatible cartridges and having the toner spill all inside the printer. Compatible toners are fine to use and much cheaper then the originals but there will be a greater chance of a dud toner being installed sooner or later which can cause problems. Some toner suppliers do guarantee their compatible toners so if there is a problem they will cover the cost of any damage to the cartridge or the printer.

Wireless Networks
We are in possession of a spectrum analyzer which can be used to scan an area for interference or to show any blind spots for your wireless networks. Most wireless routers and access points use the 2.4GHz radio band which is also used by thousands of other radio transmitters such as microwaves, baby monitors, cordless phones, numerous toys and the list goes on and on. There is also the 5GHz range but that has a much shorter range although ideal for densely packed areas. Use us to troubleshoot or to provide a comprehensive scan of your area.
